The Knights capped off a tough week of work by using a solid pack split of :41 to win a very competitive triangular against the Spartans and Warriors. Isaiah Dallal took second in 16:57, and Parker Malone finished scoring for the Knights in 9th overall at 17:38. The meet saw good surging from all runners in the race, and was highlighted for the Knights by Logan Cunz, a junior who raced to the third scoring position, at 17:22. Important scorers for the Knights included Aaron Lodwig, (5th, 17:21) who just out leaned Cunz at the finish, and Nolan Allen, who took 7th overall at 17:29. Brady Johnson also notched his first race with sub 6:00 pace on the longer course.

In the frosh soph race, Brady Babka surged to the individual win with a personal best time of 17:53. The lower level Knights also won their triangular.

The Knights will head to Plano on Tuesday for another dual meet, before heading home to host Benet Academy and Sycamore on Saturday.
