Kaneland Football Practice Schedule

Pre-Season

  • All athletes must have a current physical turned in before August 6.
  • All athletes must bring a lunch (including varsity). We will be doing activities between practices and walkthroughs.
  • Bring Water, cleats, extra socks, t-shirts, all equipment (mouth guards are a must), a notebook and something to write with.
  • Fundraiser will begin on August 6th. The “Blitz” will be from 4-7 on Wednesday, August 15th.
  • Practices are mandatory. Injured players are expected to be at practice even if not allowed to participate.
  • Please see Missy Johnson, our athletic trainer, with all injury concerns before consulting a physician.
  • Stay Hydrated.
  • Eat well.
  • Get plenty of sleep.
  • Study your plays and watch film on Hudl.

8/13/18 – 8-10:30 AM Practice and 12:30-3:00 Practice (Full Pads)

8/14/18 – 8-11 AM Practice and 1-2 PM walk-through (Full Pads)

8/15/18 – 8-10:30 AM Practice and 12:30-3:00 Practice (Full Pads)
